Your Wedding is a once in a lifetime event. You don’t get a do-over.  If something goes wrong during a crucial moment it can be devastating.  We understand this.  The margin of error for a real DJ is very narrow when it comes to the timing of the music played during a Wedding Ceremony and Special dances.  It is also imperative that the DJ knows what to say, when to say it and how to “speak” to your guests naturally and not YELL at them.   Quality sound and lighting equipment with backups is also standard for pros for the same reasons.  This is what we do.   With over 25 years providing entertainment and equipment for Weddings, we have seen it all.  We will guide you through the ins and outs and work closely with your planner to make sure your special day is darn near perfect.

Your Ceremony

Our Ceremony sound system will be invisible in the Wedding pictures but just the right level for the guests

Your officiant will have a wireless lapel microphone.  Readers and singers will have wireless mics and stands if needed.

Our DJ will be ready with the correct, pre-approved music to play exactly when needed.  He or she will be skilled in mixing so everything is not too loud or too soft.

Your Reception

Your reception sound system will be strategically placed for the maximum quality sound using minimum space.  We hide the wires and make everything look tidy.

Your DJ will be well versed on what to say and when to say it, keeping the traditional Reception Events on track. They will also be as interactive as you want, or subtle as you request.

The music choices will be well thought out, with a blend that fits your taste and keeps your dance floor packed. The mix will fit the crowd and the energy level needed.  Appropriate requests are gladly played and we ask for them!

The lighting will be well placed and fitting for the location, the music and the mood of the moment.   Extra lighting will be strategically placed to satisfy your requests too.

How we Sew it all Together for you

We will meet with you a week to ten days before your Wedding (or sooner) to go over all of the details and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.  We can meet at our office, or if it is better for your schedule we will come to you.  This coordination meeting  eliminates the need for our DJ to have to approach you with questions about pretty much anything on your wedding day!

1 – Wedding DJ/Master of Ceremonies – A professional DJ dressed in a tuxedo will act as a Master of Ceremonies for your Wedding, introducing the bridal party, announcing special events, and coordinating your reception.

2 –  Quality Equipment Only – Your reception will be energized with incredible high quality digital sound, lighting and music.  The security of a backup system is built in with two amplifiers, two speakers, multiple sources of music,  wired and wireless microphones.  If we do your  Ceremony, we provide a second quality sound system and microphones with a skilled DJ to engineer it.

2 – Reception Coordination Meeting – Your Wedding & reception planners can be found on-line.  Once you complete your planners, we’ll meet with you to finalize the details of your reception.  This insures nothing falls through the cracks.
